A quick list of top 10 plants to clean our air

I was reading an article the other day on what plants can help detox the air in our homes or offices. Here are the top 10 house plants that were researched for being able to help on the space station. So if it is good enough for the space station I want a few in my office! Here is the list according to NASA:

1. peace lily (Spathiphyllum)
2. snake plant (Sansevieria trifasciata "laurentii")
3. Chinese evergreen (Aglaonema modestum)
4. bamboo palm (Chamaedorea sefritzii)
5. heart leaf philodendron (Philodendron oxycardium)
6. money bonsai or guiana chestnut (Pachira aquatica)
7. rubber plant (Ficus elastica)
8. aloe vera
9. spider plant (Clorophytum comosum)
10. gerbera daisy (Gerbera jamesonii)

Our plant friends here can reduce the toxins in our air. And in our body our best friends are our kidneys and liver.
