Schedule an Appointment

If you wish to schedule an appointment please call (972) 880-8541. All office visits are by appointment only. Our appointments are booked in 30 minute increments depending upon time needed. Generally a first visit lasts 30 minutes once paperwork has been completed. Initial paperwork may take 15 to 30 minutes. We can email the paperwork to you if you prefer to bring it in already completed. The initial 30 minutes gives us time to REALLY discuss your concerns and begin to really change your health. Follow up visits usually last 15 minutes.

Office hours are normally:
    Monday & Wednesday: 1:00pm - 6:00pm
    Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00am - 1:00pm

We understand if you need to call and reschedule an appointment. Please do so as early as possible so we can let other patients know that a new time slot is available. There is a $35 fee for missing an appointment without calling us. Thanks!
